The Board of Works and Safety for the City of Attica met, pursuant to Public Notice, on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020, at 4:30 P.M. in the City Council Room.
Present was Board Members Andy Smart and Chris Gaylor. Also, present: Mayor, Duane Roderick, and Clerk-Treasurer Joanne Broadwater.
Minutes from the previous meeting:
Smart made a motion to approve the minutes from the March 3rd BOW meeting Gaylor seconded. All were in favor and the motion passed.

Swank had nothing to report.
Ed Durnil, the new Tahoe is at Moveovers getting equipped. The Durango is in being repaired at this time. The repairs are under warranty.
Lucas Miller is on his way home from the academy due to a shut down of at least 8 weeks.

Attica Fire Chief:
Mike Little, the Fire Department has ordered more than enough supplies for any runs they need to do. The volunteers have been trained are prepared. All non-essential meetings activities have been cancelled at this time.
The Fire Department has applied for two grants, one is for $35,000.00 to replace the departments extrication tools because they are 22 years old. The second grant for an auto pulse CPR machine, it would be the only one in this area.

Gaylor made a motion to approve, Smart seconded, all were in favor, motion passed.
The claims were presented by Mayor Roderick. Smart made a motion to approve claims. Gaylor seconded. All were in favor and the motion passed.
Gaylor made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Smart Seconded, all were in favor, meeting adjourned.
The next BOW meeting will be held on Tuesday April 7th, 2020 at 4:30 pm.
